Cloud Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Engineer in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village, CO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Implementation: Develop cloud architectures, including solutions for storage, security, and networking, to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Collaboration: Work alongside development, operations, and security teams to integrate systems and streamline processes
• Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure and application issues within the cloud environment
• Automation: Utilize scripts and tools to automate deployment and management processes using infrastructure as code practices
• Monitoring and Optimization: Implement monitoring tools to ensure system performance and optimize resource utilization
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for cloud architectures, processes, and procedures
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve cloud services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools like GitLab, Jenkins
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset

Certifications (preferred):

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Google Professional Cloud Architect
