Your Role

  • You will classify support requests using our ticket system Jira Service Desk and independently analyze and solve simple and complex support cases in the SAP and Cloud environment (1st & 2nd Level).
  • You will actively manage communication with our enterprise customers and coordinate internal and external contacts.
  • You will analyze container setups (Docker, Kubernetes) along the entire tia® system chain using logs and Postman.
  • You will check API integrations with SAP (ArchiveLink/CMIS) and product configurations.
  • You will assess the criticality level of errors and ensure compliance with SLA agreements.
  • You will create reusable documentation, analyses, and process descriptions.

Your Strengths

  • You have a very good understanding of cloud technologies (especially Azure, Docker, Kubernetes) and can draw correct conclusions from log and monitoring results (e.g., using Grafana).
  • You can handle Linux systems confidently.
  • You can systematically analyze problems even under time pressure.
  • Initial SAP knowledge is an advantage, but not essential.
  • You learn quickly and remain calm even under high workload.
  • You enjoy communicating calmly, structured, and focused on the essentials.
  • You can work very confidently in German and English.
  • 24/7 support in team rotation is a matter of course for you.
  • You want to ensure high customer satisfaction.
