We are a dynamic Swiss niche and supplementary service company operating at the airports of Zurich, Basel, and Geneva, with approximately 750 employees. Our clientele includes international airlines, tour operators, and ground handlers.
Role
For our ICT team, we are looking for a Cloud System Engineer (80-100%) (m/f/d) starting immediately or by arrangement.
In this role, you will take on a central position in our ICT, ensuring that our Microsoft and Cloud services are operated securely, stably, and with a future-oriented approach, leveraging your expertise. You will report directly to the Head ICT and take responsibility for Security, Identity and Access, as well as Endpoint Management. As part of our three-person ICT team, you can expect collegial and closely coordinated collaboration, where you will contribute your expertise across locations.
Your Responsibilities
- Operation, maintenance, and further development of our Microsoft 365 environment
- Management of cloud services and endpoint management (Intune)
- Implementation and optimization of identity, access, and security measures (Conditional Access, MFA, Zero Trust, Entra ID), including secure remote access (WireGuard)
- Technical support and assistance for our business applications in HR/Finance, Planning, and Aviation (Abacus, Amadeus, Sabre)
- Lifecycle management of end devices at all three locations
- Ensuring efficient 2nd / 3rd level support for complex issues
- Participation in ICT projects with a focus on cloud, security, automation, and modern workplace
We Expect
- Completed vocational training in the ICT field (EFZ, HF, FH, or similar)
- Several years of professional experience in system engineering within a Microsoft environment
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services
- Good knowledge of modern identity and security topics (Intune, Defender)
- Experience in handling complex issues and support cases in 2nd / 3rd level
- Willingness to participate in regular on-call duty
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken, C1 level) and good English language skills (minimum B1 level); French skills are an advantage
- Precise, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- Responsible, team-oriented, and pragmatic personality
- A high degree of proactivity and enthusiasm for a broad ICT role
