Are you a talented Computing Engineer with a strong interest in cloud technologies? Join the CERN IT Cloud team to contribute to the evolution of our OpenStack private cloud.
The OpenStack service is undergoing a major upgrade to modernise its infrastructure to offer advanced features to hundreds of users across the organisation. New technologies, such as Software-Defined Networking or Load Balancing as a Service are becoming a core pillar in the evolution of the cloud. Integrating them with the CERN infrastructure and adapting them to CERN's use cases will be key to exploiting their full potential for the scientific community.
Eligibility Criteria
By the application deadline, you have a maximum of two years of professional experience since graduation in Computer Science or a related field (or a related field) and your highest educational qualification is either a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
