About the role

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage five social media accounts across Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island and Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort & Spa
  • Develop and manage content calendars for all social media platforms
  • Create, curate, edit and manage all published content (images, video, written)
  • Write compelling captions that align with the brand s voice and strategy
  • Prepare influencer content creation briefs and coordinate with PR agencies for execution
  • Implement and lead strategic initiatives for follower growth and audience engagement
  • Plan and execute content creation from photoshoot to video editing
  • Compile and deliver detailed monthly reports on social media performance and analytics using industry-standard tools
  • Manage influencer relationships and introduce brand partnership
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to inform strategy
  • Manage social media crises or negative feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • Set and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media efforts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
