Role Description

Kraftgene AI is seeking a Co-founder and DW/Visualization Engineer to lead data-driven innovation and contribute to the development of our EnergyEminence platform. The role includes designing and developing data warehousing systems, building and optimizing data pipelines, creating interactive and immersive visualizations, and collaborating with the leadership team to define the company’s technical vision. This hybrid position is based in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for remote work. The role also involves contributing to business strategies, partnerships, and marketing initiatives to accelerate our growth in the energy sector.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities for designing data models and solving complex technical challenges
• Proven Communication skills to convey complex insights effectively and collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Experience in Sales and Marketing to develop strategies, nurture partnerships, and drive business growth
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, digital twin frameworks, and cloud-based systems
• Background in AI/ML technologies, particularly Graph Neural Networks and Physics-Informed Learning
• Strong leadership and entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to drive innovations
• Proficiency with programming languages such as Python, SQL, and relevant visualization frameworks
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred) with a strong foundation in energy systems
