The Advanced Optical Technology Lab at Huawei Canada is seeking a co-op engineer for a 4-month role. This position is ideal for an undergraduate student enrolled in Computer Science or Electrical/Computer Engineering, with a strong proficiency in Python. You will work on data collection and management, performance evaluation of algorithms, and the development of novel sensing solutions, including radar-vision fusion technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and manage raw sensing data from various technologies
• Evaluate performance of sensing algorithms through experimental testing
• Assist in research of new sensing algorithms and applications
• Collaborate with the team on innovative projects

Requirements

• Enrollment in Computer Science or Electrical/Computer Engineering
