Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, for a Co-op Term - Project Associate. The selected candidate will assist with conducting building assessments, supporting project management tasks, performing technical research, and collaborating with the engineering team to deliver high-quality structural restoration and building science projects. Daily responsibilities will also involve organizing training materials, preparing documentation, and supporting communication efforts to ensure project goals are met effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating building structures and interpreting technical data
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders
• Basic understanding of Project Management principles and the ability to assist in the coordination of tasks
• Proficiency in Research and data gathering to support engineering analyses and project development
• Willingness to assist in Training activities and preparation of educational resources
• Pursuing a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Science, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site and adhere to project timelines and deadlines
• Prior co-op or internship experience in a related field is an asset
