Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Coastal Sand Analyst located in Paris. The role involves analyzing sand composition, developing coastal management strategies, conducting field studies, compiling and interpreting data, and preparing comprehensive reports. The Coastal Sand Analyst will collaborate with environmental experts, use analytical tools, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations to support sustainable coastal management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Geology and Coastal Management, including knowledge of sand composition and sediment analysis
• Data Analysis and Research skills, with proficiency in compiling, interpreting, and presenting findings clearly
• Proficiency with Analytical Software and GIS tools for data visualization and spatial analysis
• Strong Communication and Report-Writing skills to prepare detailed assessments and recommendations
• Experience in Environmental Studies or related areas is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on project deadlines
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and sustainability practices in coastal management is an advantage
