We are seeking a Digital Core Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of Digital Core initiatives, including SAP-related projects. This role is ideal for an early‑career professional who is eager to develop a strong foundation in Digital Core and IT project management. You will work closely with senior project managers, Digital Core specialists, and global business stakeholders, gaining hands-on experience in SAP environments and beyond while contributing to impactful transformation initiatives.
How you’ll make an impact
- Support the delivery of Digital Core (including SAP) projects under the guidance of senior project managers
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate project activities, meetings, and workshops, including agenda preparation and meeting documentation
- Track project progress, actions, dependencies, risks, and issues, and support reporting to project stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation such as project plans, RAID logs, change requests, and status reports
- Support resource coordination across IT, SAP, business, and functional teams
- Assist with budget tracking and vendor coordination where applicable
- Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies, standards, and governance frameworks
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes, tools, and ways of working
- Support change management activities and end-user communication as required
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- First experience in project coordination, IT delivery, or a related role (including internships or working student experience)
- Basic understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles (SDLC), or infrastructure-related projects
- Familiarity with classic and agile project management concepts and terminology
- Willingness and motivation to learn SAP functional and technical concepts
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid, global, and multicultural environment
