For our renowned client, we are looking for an experienced Data Platform Engineer (a) who will be responsible for the development and support of data platforms and implement innovative solutions for data processing.

Your Tasks:

• Development, implementation, and support of data platforms
• Building and optimizing data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes
• Application of software engineering best practices in platform development
• Collaboration with data scientists, analysts, and business departments
• Ensuring scalability, performance, security, and quality of the platforms
• Documentation and optimization of the platform architecture

What you bring:

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in Data Platform Engineering or Software Engineering
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) as well as databases and ETL tools
• Experience with containerization, CI/CD, and automation
• Analytical thinking, teamwork, and independent working style
• Very good German and English skills
