Coffee Shop All-Rounder (Barista)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages (barista duties)
• Operate the till and handle cash/card transactions accurately
• Provide excellent customer service and engage positively with customers
• Assist with general shop duties, including cleaning and maintaining a welcoming environment
• Support team members during busy periods
• Ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards

Requirements

• Previous barista experience is essential
• Experience working on a till / POS system
• Strong customer service skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Trustworthy and reliable
