We are building the next generation of agentic tools for B2B.

To drive this vision and build a robust and scalable product, we are looking for our future CTO.

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Development: Transition from V1 to an enterprise-grade platform. Design the platform architecture and be hands-on in developing the initial versions.
• AI & Agents: Conceptualize and integrate the logic for creating, managing, and deploying AI agents directly into the platform.
• Delivery & Quality: Ensure the deployment of enterprise-grade software with high standards for security, performance, and scalability.
• Leadership: Build, mentor, and grow the technical team as the company develops.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering.
• Track Record: Proven track record of successfully deploying complex software (Enterprise Software / B2B SaaS) OR have held a Lead Software Engineer position on a technically complex product.
• AI Expertise: Strong affinity (or concrete experience) with developing AI agents, integrating LLMs, and RAG architectures.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Desire to fully invest in a bold entrepreneurial adventure, with all that it entails (autonomy, resilience, initiative, and direct impact on global strategy).
