Project Manager – Cold Storage / Food & Beverage

I’m working with our client, a highly respected general contractor, to find a Project Manager to support their growing cold storage and food processing group.

This role will have ownership across preconstruction and project execution, partnering closely with both design and field teams to deliver complex, large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from early design through completion
• Manage estimating, budgeting, and bidding
• Work closely with superintendents on schedule, logistics, and cost control
• Build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
• Support contract management and overall project performance

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of construction experience
• Background in big box, industrial, or complex projects (cold storage is a plus)
• Strong preconstruction and financial management experience
• Willingness to travel a few times per month
