Your Impact

You will work with some of Cisco's largest enterprise customers, conducting in-depth discovery to understand their needs and deliver tailored collaboration solutions. Your responsibilities will include sales strategy, solution expertise, training, event representation, and managing competitive and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Account Executive to develop sales plans tailored to customer needs.
• Serve as the Collaboration technology expert, providing training to internal teams, including Account Managers and Solutions Engineers, and representing Cisco at trade shows and events.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of customer-facing experience focused on collaboration technologies within large enterprises.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate concepts, solutions, and technologies, especially in Unified Communications, SaaS sales, and Customer Experience with solution customization.
• Experience working alongside partners is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, whiteboarding, and communication technologies.
• A positive demeanor, dedication to teamwork, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
