The Role (Read This Carefully)

This is not a regular counselling role.

We are looking for someone who can:

• Turn inquiries into enrolled students
• Take ownership of leads and close deals
• Drive revenue through consistent conversion

If you are only good at giving information, this role is not for you.

What You Will Do

• Engage and qualify prospective students
• Guide them toward the best-fit study options abroad
• Handle objections (finance, timing, parents, relocation concerns)
• Follow up aggressively and intelligently
• Convert leads into paying and enrolled students
• Meet and exceed monthly conversion targets

What We’re Looking For

• Proven ability to close deals (education)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• High sense of urgency and follow-up discipline
• Ability to manage multiple leads without dropping the ball
• Results-driven mindset (you care about outcomes, not activity)

Bonus If You Have

• Experience in international student recruitment
• Knowledge of UK, Canada, or US admissions processes
• CRM or sales pipeline experience
