As a trusted advisor and hands‑on solution architect, you guide clients through complex commerce transformations—from early strategic direction to successful execution. You connect business ambition with robust, composable architectures and support organizations in mastering the organizational, cultural, and delivery changes required for sustainable success.

Your Daily Work

• Commerce strategy & transformation: You advise clients on commerce strategies and transformation initiatives, grounding recommendations in business objectives, delivery reality, and organizational readiness.

• Future‑state architectures: You design composable, MACH‑aligned commerce architectures (headless, API‑first, best‑of‑breed) and integrate them into ERP, CRM, and legacy landscapes.

• Discovery & alignment: You lead discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions, translate insights into capability maps, solution blueprints, and prioritized roadmaps.

• Platform selection & guidance: You evaluate and recommend commerce platforms using structured, context‑specific criteria and articulate clear points of view to technical and business audiences.

• Modern delivery practices: You advise on CI/CD, GitOps, trunk‑based development, containerization, and platform engineering, supporting clients in adopting these practices sustainably.

• Innovation & AI in commerce: You shape the application of AI across the commerce value chain—personalization, intelligent search, dynamic pricing, agentic commerce—and within the SDLC to improve engineering productivity.
