Social Commerce Specialist

McCormick is seeking a Social Commerce Specialist to help accelerate our digital transformation and drive growth across emerging commerce platforms. This role will lead the execution and scaling of our TikTok Shop affiliate program, initially focused on one brand within our portfolio, with opportunity to expand across additional brands over time. You will play a critical role in building affiliate relationships, optimizing performance, and driving Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) through strategic content partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented social commerce professional who thrives at the intersection of content, community, and conversion.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social commerce, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital commerce.
• Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop affiliate programs or similar social commerce platforms.
• Demonstrated success driving measurable GMV growth through affiliate or influencer partnerships.
• Experience recruiting, evaluating, and managing creator or affiliate relationships.
• Strong understanding of TikTok content formats, creator ecosystems, and commerce mechanics.
