Commercial Construction Project Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervising and coaching Superintendents
• Tracking projects through a control system
• Reviewing designs and plans
• Sending drawings for bidding to Sub-contractors
• Receiving all bids
• Granting projects to sub-contractor
• Establishing and submitting budgets
• Preparing and setting up orders for long lead items and communicating all order details with the material and inventory coordinator
• Identifying any potential change orders
• Checking in daily for project updates
• Addressing design issues
• Obtaining daily updates with other Site Managers and their projects
• Executing change orders
• Delivering updates to the client as necessary also make special and important communications when needed
• Walking through project with clients
• Finalizing the project
• Closing the project file

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
