An outstanding, full-time opportunity is currently available for a Commercial Construction Project Manager with extensive commercial plumbing and HVAC experience to join a highly stable firm in the near the Temple Hills, MD area. Responsibilities

• Directly work with all levels of employees including suppliers, subcontractors, Foremen and clientele
• Create equipment and material logs for various projects
• Generate and review in-house schedules
• Manage projects within Commercial Plumbing and HVAC Construction projects

Requirements

• 5+ years’ field experience in a Project Management role is a MUST
• Demonstrated ability with projects in Commercial Projects – commercial plumbing and HVAC a MUST
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Primavera and Fastpipe is a PLUS
