Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and forecasts to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain open lines of communication among all stakeholders.
• Supervise subcontractor performance and uphold the highest quality and safety standards.
• Review and manage requests for information (RFIs), submittments, change orders, and contracts.
• Ensure successful project delivery on time and within budget constraints.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager specializing in commercial construction.
• Proven track record managing a variety of commercial project types.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and related documentation.
• Proficient in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
