About

Global leader in renovation, construction, and design-build services, is looking to hire a Commercial Construction Project Manager to join as a full time permanent employee to work on our Stafford, Virginia projects.

Qualifications

• 5 plus years of experience in the construction industry with commercial construction Management experience on multiple construction and renovation projects.
• Scoping and estimating within the JOC is a huge plus.
• Big plus if experienced working on any government or federal projects.
• Line Item estimating using RS Means a huge plus.

Compensation

• Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
