Our real estate client located in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Credit Manager. This position will report into VP and will support portfolio level credit risk management and transaction underwriting.

Credit underwriting/analysis
Risk assessments
Deal structuring
Lender/investor reporting
Financial modeling
Other tasks as required

Compensation

Compensation is targeted at $140K + bonus.
