Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction project management.
• Field experience working alongside construction management.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts.
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships and successfully acquire projects.
• Experience managing a profitable project portfolio.
• Outstanding initiative, execution, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, motivational, and leadership capabilities.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician's license is a plus (preferred but not necessary).
