We are seeking a commercially astute and strategically driven Commercial Executive to join a leading international organisation within the BPO and customer experience sector.
This executive-level role will be responsible for leading the commercial finance, pricing, deal structuring, and strategic commercial functions, while partnering closely with Executive Leadership to support growth, profitability, and long-term expansion initiatives.
The successful candidate will bring significant experience across:
- Commercial Pricing & Financial Modelling
- Commercial & Contract Negotiation
- Deal Structuring & Revenue Strategy
- Due Diligence & Strategic Evaluation
- Client & Executive Stakeholder Engagement
- Commercial Risk & Governance
- Business Growth & Strategic Expansion
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience within a Commercial, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance environment
- Proven experience in financial modelling, pricing strategy, and complex commercial negotiations
- Experience supporting large-scale commercial transactions, strategic initiatives, or acquisitions is advantageous
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capability
- B.Com or related degree essential
