Requirements

• 8 or more years of experience in enterprise IT program management and commercial business transformation.
• Proficiency in AI-enabled operational modernization and business process automation frameworks.
• Experience with CRM, CMS, eCommerce, and integrated data analytics ecosystems.
• Experience in Agile delivery leadership, including Scrum of Scrums and sprint coordination.
• Experience with Power BI for executive status reporting and KPI dashboard development.
• Experience in organizational change management and commercial IT governance structures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical Center of Excellence focused on commercial transformation and AI-driven workflows.
• Implement AI-assisted tools for automated project planning, risk identification, and reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional product owners to align technology roadmaps with sales and marketing goals.
• Direct enterprise-wide Agile delivery cycles, managing complex dependencies and program milestones.
• Establish standardized governance frameworks and delivery best practices for automation initiatives.
• Develop visual performance dashboards to monitor program health, budgets, and staffing strategies.
• Facilitate strategic stakeholder engagement to translate commercial requirements into technical solutions.
