We're partnering with a well-established independent insurance agency seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support and manage a growing book of small business clients.

This is a client-facing role with full account ownership, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and managing a steady, service-focused book of business.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts across the full lifecycle
  • Handle renewals, remarketing, and policy changes
  • Prepare proposals and assist with binding coverage
  • Issue certificates of insurance (COIs), ID cards, and related documentation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone and virtual meetings
  • Partner with producers on new business opportunities
  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager
  • Ability to independently manage a book of business
  • Solid understanding of commercial insurance products and workflows
  • Strong client-facing communication skills
  • Experience with an Agency Management System (any platform)
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
