Commercial Project Manager

Your Tasks

• Support Sales during bid / offer preparation
• Review, and structure customer contracts, including commercial terms and conditions, payment milestones and cash flow structures, risk allocation and liabilities
• Own the commercial management of assigned projects across the full lifecycle
• Support the Project Manager to monitor budget, margins, costs, and margins, track financial performance vs. baseline, identify risks and opportunities
• Ensure proper commercial execution of the contract, including milestone tracking, deliverables linked to payments
• Invoicing & Cashflow
• Prepare and manage change orders, variations requests, claims
• Support customer negotiations
• Ensure seamless transition from project execution to service
• Support preparation of services contracts, long-term agreements
• Ensure adherence to internal commercial processes and standards
• Ensure consistency and continuity across tender, execution, and after-sales

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Project Management
• 3–5+ years of experience in commercial project management, project controlling, or finance
• Experience in contract handling and commercial processes, invoicing and cashflow management
• Good understanding of contracts and key commercial terms
• Strong analytical and structured working style
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Fluent English, German preferred

This position is subject to the collective agreement for the metal (processing) trade. We offer a minimum gross monthly salary of EUR 3,200 in line with the market for this position. A willingness to overpay and/or travel allowance is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
