Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Project Manager located in Charlottesville, VA. The Commercial Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial glass and mirror projects. Responsibilities include managing budgets, preparing and reviewing contracts and submittals, coordinating resources and timelines, monitoring project progress, and maintaining effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for problem solving and project evaluation
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members
• Proficiency in budgeting and finance to manage project costs effectively
• Experience with contract management and negotiating terms
• Organizational and time management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with project management tools and software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the construction or glass industry is an advantage
