Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of Hotel/multi-family experience is a plus.
- $10M in ground-up commercial/residential construction is preferred and is estimated as a plus.

Background Profile
A Project Manager is responsible for providing leadership, planning, organization, direction, and control of an individual project to meet the operational goals. He/She is responsible for the efficient delivery of the processes without sacrificing the company's commitment to quality, integrity, and profits consistent with the set objectives.
- Work with the preconstruction team on various estimating activities including cost estimate preparation, subcontractor participation, value engineering, constructability issues, and owner proposal preparation.
- Develop a complete specialty contractor and material suppliers' scope of work.
- Negotiate, create, and process subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Provide monthly progress reports, including construction schedule, showing baseline data and critical path (estimated vs. actual).
- Follow all company procedures in reference to the project plan, job setup, maintenance, and closeout.
- Provide monthly cost projections.
- Review and approve all field cost expenditures
- Process and manage Owner and Subcontractor pay requests timely.
- Manage the project punch list aggressively.
- Monitor and maintain project safety and quality standards.
