Commercial Real Estate Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Commercial Real Estate Analyst to join our Roseville, CA office. This is a fully in-person role focused on investment underwriting, transaction support, analytical modeling, and market research across our sales, debt, and equity assignments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in financial modeling (particularly in commercial real estate), can interpret leases and property financials, and thrives in a high-performing, transaction-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models using ARGUS Enterprise (or equivalent) to underwrite sales, debt, and equity assignments.
• Analyze rent rolls, operating statements, leases, and property-level financials to support valuation and underwriting assumptions.
• Utilize firm-provided data platforms and research tools to analyze sales and lease comps, market activity, and economic trends.
• Assist the team by contributing to portions of offering memorandum materials, such as exhibits and supporting sections.
• Assist in due diligence, including review of leases, estoppels, third-party reports, and historical financials.
• Support the maintaining of internal datasets, comp trackers, and market information used for valuation and deal execution.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, investment analysis, capital markets, or related financial roles.
• Experience in ARGUS Enterprise (or similar commercial real estate modelling software) and advanced Excel modelling.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to interpret leases and property financials.
