About the role
As a Commercial Project Controller at Siemens Smart Infrastructure, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial, contractual, and commercial aspects of projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Project Managers in tracking project progress and managing customer change proposals. - Preparing regular commercial and financial reports for management and internal and external stakeholders. - Managing claims, variations, change orders, and extensions of time (EOT) in line with contractual terms and company policies. - Operating in a project/service-driven environment with hands-on experience in SAP-based project financial management. - Handling high-volume, fast-moving businesses comprising multiple small projects and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). - Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations applicable to the region, including adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.
As part of the team at Siemens, you will also share responsibility for Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet management for the region. This includes supporting accurate forecasting, cost control, and financial governance.
