Commercial Roofing Project Manager | New Construction

Mammoth Recruitment is partnering with a national commercial roofing contractor to bring on a strong Project Manager for their new construction division.

This role is built for someone who can step in, take ownership, and run complex projects without hand-holding. The focus is large-scale new construction including data centers, warehouses, retail, and other technically demanding commercial builds.

(Must have commercial roofing new construction experience)

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead large-scale commercial roofing projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own schedules, milestones, and overall project execution
• Manage budgets, cost control, change orders, and protect margins
• Coordinate with GCs, subs, suppliers, and internal teams
• Maintain quality control and enforce safety standards across all sites
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Identify issues early and drive solutions before they impact timeline or profitability

What They Are Looking For

• 7+ years of commercial roofing project management experience
• Proven background in new construction
• Experience running large, complex projects
• Strong financial ownership including budgeting and margin protection
• Ability to manage multiple projects without losing detail
• Clear, direct communicator who can hold teams accountable
• High ownership mindset with the ability to operate remotely

The Details

• Base salary $100K to $130K + bonus
