Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Company Overview

Tiello is partnered with a growing commercial roofing contractor headquartered in MD. As their nationwide portfolio continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to help lead and execute commercial roofing projects across multiple U.S. markets.

This is a well-planned traveling PM role with structured schedules, short-term travel only, and no long-term out-of-town assignments.

Role Summary

This role is ideal for a seasoned Commercial Roofing PM who thrives in a mix of office leadership and selective field engagement. You’ll oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring quality execution, financial performance, and clear communication across teams.

• PM / Senior PM level
• 3+ years of commercial roofing PM experience (more experience welcomed)
• Field involvement includes:
  • Job walks
  • Punch walks
  • Key milestone site visits

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through final closeout
• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
• Track job costs, schedules, and production to ensure profitability
• Conduct periodic site visits for quality control and progress verification
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Identify project risks early and proactively implement solutions
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial roofing project management
• Experience managing multiple projects across different regions
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license required
