Commercial Vehicle Costing / Service Advisor Administrator - Gauteng, Eastern Suburbs

Responsibilities

• Process and manage workshop costing and invoicing accurately
• Assist Service Advisors with administrative and customer-related functions
• Open and close job cards efficiently and accurately
• Ensure all labour, parts, and sublet costs are captured correctly
• Liaise with workshop staff, technicians, and parts departments
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Follow up on outstanding job cards and invoices
• Assist with warranty and maintenance plan administration where applicable
• Deliver professional customer service and communication

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Costing Clerk, Service Advisor Administrator, or similar automotive aftersales role
• Minimum 2-3yrs experience within a commercial vehicle dealership environment (essential)
• Strong understanding of workshop costing and invoicing procedures
• Good administrative and organisational skills
• Computer literacy with dealership management systems experience advantageous
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with commercial truck or fleet brands
• Knowledge of warranty and maintenance plan processes
• Dealer management system experience
