Your mission
You will lead and manage LNG commissioning activities on large-scale energy projects, from preparation through successful start-up and contractual milestones. You play a key role in ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely commissioning while coordinating multiple interfaces in complex project environments.
Your responsibilities
- Prepare all instructions, procedures, manuals, lists, and technical documentation required for commissioning execution.
- Develop and manage detailed commissioning schedules and budgets, including vendor support requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of all temporary equipment required for commissioning activities.
- Organize, plan, and manage commissioning execution across all project phases in line with COMPANY / OPERCOM methodology, securing adequate resources.
- Promote a strong safety and quality culture within the commissioning organization.
- Assess project risks and report any technical findings or potential safety issues to management.
- Drive the transition from “Area-based” to “System-based” commissioning, in close coordination with the Completion & Handover Manager.
- Witness pre-commissioning activities carried out by main construction subcontractors to ensure smooth handover at RFC stage.
- Manage all commissioning interfaces (construction, completions, vendors, client).
- Ensure deployment and availability of the Completion Management System across worksites and organize required training for commissioning and construction teams.
- Ensure proper delivery of red-line / as-commissioned documentation.
- Monitor progress closely to meet contractual milestones, implementing corrective and mitigation actions in case of schedule slippage.
Your profile
- Education: Master’s degree in Engineering (MSc / Bac+5).
- Experience: Proven experience (10+) in commissioning management on LNG, Oil & Gas, or complex energy infrastructure projects.
- Technical skills:
- Strong knowledge of commissioning and handover processes.
- Solid understanding of EPC project environments and multi-contractor interfaces.
- Strengths: Leadership, autonomy, strong organizational skills, ability to manage risk and make decisions in critical situations.

- Languages: Fluent English required.
