Summary

Responsible for reporting of financial data of the organization. Their duties include preparing financial statements, examining and analyzing accounts and ensuring compliance with financial reporting and other standard accounting procedures.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Run Commission reports to calculate monthly commissions for distributors and agents
• Track all correspondence for new or changes to commissions
• Track and reconcile daily cash transactions with bank and maintain cash spreadsheet
• Reconcile cash monthly with bank and generate journal entries
• Backup Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
