COMMUNICATION STRATEGIC PLANNING PROJECT MANAGER (F/H/X)

Reporting to the Strategic Planning Manager, your responsibilities will be as follows

YOUR IMPACT

Macro/Strategic Planning

• Contribute to building the annual strategic comms & image calendar of Celine by providing competitve & strategic insights.
• Maintain the global comms-image calendar updated
• Translate the communication calendar into Maison projects to support in structuring the communication budget and priorities
• Contribute to building strategic framing of each project to define project’s ambition, activation key principles, consolidated budget based on com objective, business objective, competition data & inisights

Project Management

• Follow up of each project from planning to execution and build rex reports for future projects
• Initiate and build the brief of each project consolidating communication, digital and CRM needs
• Lead & consolidate content strategy with each activation departement and Image team
• Define overall communication orchestration & digital journey
• Build project retroplanning and follow 360 project progress
• Follow the shooting process / priorities
• Accompany and align the various teams involved for the most optimized results
• Consolidate finale 360 communication plan for internal sharing (Com & Image teams & top management)

Zones

• Follow zones’ communication plans & animate and align 360 com teams
• Gather zones’ needs
• Consolidate & build zones action plan along with central teams & zone

Profile

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum of 5 years+ relevant work experience in strategic planning
• An expertience in a luxury house is required
• Fluent English and French
• Strong knowledge of the communication industry
• Strong communication skills
• Details oriented et rigorous
