Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit creators in your vertical. Develop a living pipeline of emerging talents. Monitor what's resonating and move quickly, amplify the signals that feel true
- Design and lead community rituals and programmes that cultivate thriving communities and compound identity over time
- Drive content velocity and quality through creator relationships and enablement
- Own your growth metrics: creator activation, content output, community engagement, referral loops, ROI, etc.
- Feed insights back to the team: what's emerging, what's shifting, what the platform should pay attention to. Be the most culturally informed person in the room about your vertical - read widely, stay close to creators
- Work closely with the Creative Studio to brief creator templates, toolkits, content support, make showing up on RedNote effortless and worthwhile
- Collaborate across all community verticals - share what's working, learn from what isn't, build something coherent together
- Work closely with XFN teams across Community Lead, product, and brand team to make product better for creators, and connect community moments to broader platform storytelling
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in community building, creator partnerships, or cultural programming
- Proven ability to grow and activate communities/creator networks from an early stage - you have done this before, even if not at scale
- Deep cultural fluency across at least two cultures - you have lived between worlds and are passionate about bringing the world together. Genuine passion for specific verticals under major east/west cultures and communities
- Strong relationship-builder - creators and community members trust you quickly and naturally
- Strong sensibility on content and creative quality
- Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity - you love experiment, iterate, and write the playbook
- Team-first mentality - you measure success by what the community achieves, not by your own visibility
- AI-native working style - you use AI tools as a natural extension of how you think and work
Job Information
Locations: New York (3+ days / week in office policy)
Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position is $150000 - $230000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive equity package (RSUs), an annual performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
