Community Growth & Talent Recruiter

We're looking for a driven and creative Community Growth & Talent Recruiter to join our team to help us grow our live streaming community! If you’re passionate about digital culture, creator economies, and have a knack for outreach and relationship-building, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Source, recruit, and onboard live streamers and gifters to our platform

• Manage outreach campaigns via social media, email, etc.

• Maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and documentation of recruitment efforts

About You:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, or business development

• Strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage sensitive data

• Strong organization and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Self-motivated, and thrive in startup environments

• Able to juggle multiple priorities under tight timelines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and e-signature tools (AdobeSign, Docusign)

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with creator economies or mobile streaming platforms is an asset

This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in Ontario or BC.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
