Top Global Tech Company is seeking a Community Partnerships Marketing Manager to lead community marketing efforts across social channels and help people connect with others and interests across our technologies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all publishing across the different channels – whether performed natively or through our publishing agency.
- Fill gaps in publishing when needed and maintain the editorial calendar in partnership with cross‑functional teams and agency partners.
- Help with channel access management and whitelisting requests.
- Embodder of our new tone and voice across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Threads, and co‑create playbooks to ensure consistent brand voice.
- Consistently surface best‑in‑class social content trends and engagement opportunities observed in the wild.
- Be an expert in social best practices, creating and maintaining a team resource to share with others.
Familiarity with Facebook, Twitter, Threads, IG, TikTok, and XTwitter is required. Experience with surprise and delight community building in real life and event content capture is a bonus.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3–5 years experience as a community manager with a proven record of writing copy and producing writing samples.
- Experience collaborating within dynamic, matrixed organizations.
- Experience working with external moderation partners and triaging response and escalation opportunities.
- Experience in cultural trend detection and content pitching.
- Minimum 3 years and maximum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in community management, copywriting, and social media.
