Responsibilities

  • Own demand generation, partnerships, and full cycle sales
  • Focus on a single market
  • Primary customer base is Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and Property Management Groups
  • Utilize outbound sales strategies to develop new business within a defined territory
  • Execute deals created through both marketing demand and self-sourced opportunities
  • Build a list of 100+ contacts for prospecting
  • Connect with top-performing CS TSRs to learn best practices
  • Establish relationships with Community Liaisons/CROs to generate referral opportunities

Skills

  • 1+ years of outbound full-cycle sales with an emphasis on software sales - closing experience
  • Prior experience as an SDR/BDR, or experience with sourcing opportunities
  • Consistent performance in bookings and pipeline creation
  • Experience in executing deals created through both marketing demand and self-sourced opportunities (referrals and cold calling)
  • Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and produce results in a defined territory
  • Experience using outbound sales strategies to develop new business within a defined territory
  • Experience working with a large tech stack (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, etc.)
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills, both in person and virtually
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, data-driven sales environment where top of funnel activity is a high priority
  • Energized by solving customer's problems - e.g. consultative sales approach
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) certification as a condition of employment
  • Must be located in Atlanta or Boston
