What You'll Do

• Oversee and manage daily operations within the tooling department
• Hire, train, and staff the plant to support production needs
• Ensure all safety standards, procedures, and compliance requirements are met
• Coordinate with leadership to maintain workflow, quality, and production efficiency
• Support continuous improvement across tooling processes and shop operations
• Lead with energy, urgency, and a commitment to excellence

• Experience in manufacturing or tooling management (composites experience is a major plus)
