Overview
Seeking a Technical Lead to manage IT service operations, system coordination, and escalation management within a federal regulatory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform operations
- Manage incident, problem, and escalation workflows
- Coordinate system integrations including ODT and CITL
- Provide technical leadership and oversight to support teams
- Ensure compliance with federal IT and security standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in IT operations or systems analysis
- Strong expertise in ITSM frameworks and ServiceNow
- Experience in escalation management and system coordination
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL Certification
- Experience supporting U.S. Food and Drug Administration or similar federal agencies
