Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and inspect mining equipment
• Diagnose malfunctions with diagnostic tools
• Provide tier-2 support for hardware and software
• Review recommendations from CM teams
• Action CM outputs and update stakeholders

Requirements

• Other trades certificate or diploma required
• Experience in tier-2 technical support
• Strong ability to interpret condition monitoring data
