We are looking for a motivated Site Manager to join the MPM My Project Manager team in a full-time, fully remote role. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects, ensuring coordination between the different stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Site management skills: Experience in supervising construction activities and managing on-site teams.
• Site safety skills: In-depth knowledge of safety standards and their strict application in the workplace.
• Organizational skills: Great ability to plan, manage multiple activities simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Budget management: Experience in controlling and optimizing project budgets.
• Project management skills: Ability to manage a project from start to finish, with particular attention to detail and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Other appreciated qualifications include good command of digital project management tools, knowledge of local construction regulations, and strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various teams.
