For our Research, Product, & Project Management department – we call it – "Garage People", we are looking for a Conference Producer / Project & Product Manager (m/f/d) starting immediately.

Your Tasks

• You conceptualize and develop sophisticated programs for annual events, trade congresses & summits as high-quality B2B networking products for executives and decision-makers from Germany, Europe, the USA, and Asia.
• You identify the latest digital business trends, discuss their development with CEOs and decision-makers worldwide, identify global players and hidden champions, and acquire top-level speakers from this environment.
• You are responsible for projects and lead & manage interdisciplinary project teams independently and goal-orientedly.
• In the medium term, you will build your own product portfolio, which you will continuously develop.
• You will familiarize yourself with the latest innovative topics from the industry, such as the Internet of Things, autonomous driving, or artificial intelligence.

Your Profile

• You are fresh from university, ready to dive into professional life, and looking for the perfect entry-level job?
• You have completed a degree in humanities/social sciences or business/economics.
• Ideally, you have initial internships or can show experience in project management.
• You have strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
• You are able to effectively connect with executives and team members.
• You have a high willingness to learn, think analytically, can prioritize tasks quickly and goal-orientedly, and are able to quickly understand complex topics.
• You look forward to working in international and interdisciplinary teams, are self-confident, and have strong communication skills.
