Your Daily Life

Within the teams responsible for developing and preparing for the deployment of engineering tools, you will be responsible for managing configuration management activities for our projects, products, and services. The Full Factory team's mission is to ensure the overall consistency of the constituent products of the various engineering environments and their mutual interfaces: System (System Integration Factory), Software (Software Factory), Hardware (Hardware factory), and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).

Your Main Missions

• Define and implement the configuration management system across all products, projects, and services in relation to Product Owners, the Engineering Delivery Manager, and other team members:
• Draft, implement, and maintain the configuration management plan related to our activities:
  • Definition of practices: identification rules, versioning, baselining, organization (RACI, etc.)
  • Incident management and evolution control: CFT (Technical Facts Committees) and CCB (Change Control Board)
• Manage the configuration management activities of our deliverables within the scope and ensure reporting:
  • Implementation of deliverable management spaces (code, documentation, requirements baselining)
  • Organization and monitoring of incident and evolution management bodies (CFT and CCB)
  • Facilitate peer reviews for deliverable validation.
• Be the guarantor of the different configuration states, as well as the quality and consistency of the Interfaces and Services components,
• Provide your expertise for the selection of different configuration items
• Ensure configuration reviews and audits,
• Provide training, advice, and coaching to teams on configuration management best practices

Your Profile

Technical Skills:

• Engineering degree or equivalent, with Configuration Manager experience

Experience:

• You know how to lead working groups, synthesize and present complex topics, including internationally
• You are also attentive to the client's needs.
• You demonstrate autonomy and are proactive
• Your interpersonal skills allow you to communicate effectively and harmoniously with various stakeholders and clients

Languages:

• Very good level required
