Responsibilities

• Evaluate project feasibility and propose adapted technical solutions
• Manage inquiry procedures and obtain permits
• Monitor project finances and ensure compliance with budgets and deadlines
• Manage calls for tenders and negotiate with companies
• Develop execution plans and guarantee the quality of technical details
• Supervise, coordinate, and direct construction sites

Profile

• Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in construction supplemented by a degree in construction management
• Confirmed experience of at least 4 years in construction site management in Switzerland
• Ability to manage several projects in parallel with rigor and efficiency
• Excellent communication skills and sense of responsibility
• Mastery of French, other languages a plus
• Driver's license required
