Responsibilities
- Evaluate project feasibility and propose adapted technical solutions
- Manage inquiry procedures and obtain permits
- Monitor project finances and ensure compliance with budgets and deadlines
- Manage calls for tenders and negotiate with companies
- Develop execution plans and guarantee the quality of technical details
- Supervise, coordinate, and direct construction sites
Profile
- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in construction supplemented by a degree in construction management
- Confirmed experience of at least 4 years in construction site management in Switzerland
- Ability to manage several projects in parallel with rigor and efficiency
- Excellent communication skills and sense of responsibility
- Mastery of French, other languages a plus
- Driver's license required
