Project Context

Join a large-scale project related to the construction of a plant in the heavy industry sector. This project combines major industrial challenges and technological innovations, offering a unique opportunity to manage a development that will mark the industry.

As part of an EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) contract, we are looking for an experienced Construction Manager.

• Project management of works
• Coordination of companies and subcontractors
• Organization of construction sequences
• Management of interfaces between technical packages (civil engineering, mechanical, electrical, piping...)
• Adherence to deadlines and budget
• Monitoring of physical progress
• Anticipation of schedule deviations
• Arbitration of site priorities
• Verification of compliance with plans and specifications
• Supervision of inspections
• Management of non-conformities
• Application of HSE rules
• Risk prevention
• Fostering a safety culture on site

Candidate Profile

Do you see yourself in these criteria?

• Graduated from a Bac +5 program (engineering school or equivalent)
• At least 10 years of experience in similar roles within the heavy industry.
• Strong technical background (civil engineering, mechanical, process...)
• Field leadership.
• Ability to manage pressure.
• Excellent communication with the client, design office, and contractors.

Languages:

• Fluent English is essential (project working language).
• French is mandatory (local context).

Location:

• Position based in or around Aix-en-Provence (no remote work possible due to site and client requirements).
